Leagram Organic Dairy (Featured on the BBC Countryfile)

Leagram Organic Dairy is the newest addition to Lancashire's elite group of expert cheese producers. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and set in the picturesque village of Chipping.

All these factors join together to create award winning cheese, spanning from its native Lancashire with its creamy, crumbly and tasty, to a mild cheddar, a buttery Double Gloucester, a smooth Red Leicester and finally a creamy, unique sheep’s cheese, using local milk from local farm. Green Lane, Chipping.

Gazegill Organics

At Gazegill, we keep rare breeds, from our mainstay dairy herd of old English Shorthorns, through our Hampshire Down sheep and to our herd of Oxford Sandy and Black Pigs, a breed from which Tamworths and Gloucester Old Spots were bred. In addition to this we have our hens, our border collies and of course our natural inhabitants.

Belted Galloway beef, from our pedigree belted Galloway herd, naturally reared on the Bowland fells.

Burholme Farm Beef and Lamb

The Spence Family have been farming cattle and sheep at the farm for 40 years. They are now offering limited supplies of their farm-reared beef and lamb direct to discerning people who appreciate the quality and taste of real meat. Burholmes Lonk Lamb was made famous by Nigel Howarths Great British Menu.

Dunsop Trout Farm

Dunsop trout farm is one of oldest trout farms in the country and they will explain all about rearing through to restocking our wild rivers.

British breeds of cattle and sheep, suckled and grazed on pastures by the River Ribble, giving finer grained, well-marbled meat and a tender, succulent eating experience.

The Stable Trading Company

The Stable Trading Company is a Community Interest Company which was established in 2007.

We manage smallholdings for the production of organic, high welfare horticultural and agricultural products and we provide a range of accredited training courses in horticulture, agriculture, catering, baking and other skills for working life to individuals who are disadvantaged in some way.
