Where to stay

Personal recommendations:
I am quite picky about where I rest my head and I do enjoy a good hearty breakfast in the morning when I’m away fromhome, so I understand how worrying it can be to have to decide off a brochure, website or leaflet as to where to stay. These are a few of the places where my husband and I have either stayed ourselves, or our family have stayed, or where we would happily spend the night.

I also recommend Dale House Camping Barn, Slaidburn for groups who just need the very basics but in nice surroundings!
There are several caravan and camping sites in and around Clitheroe too and there is a YHA in the village of Slaidburn.
